Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing a multi\-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support using phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records efficiently to support office organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
- Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office environment is organized and welcoming
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all communications
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications is essential for success in this role
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
