Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Operate multi\-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading.
- Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Perform general clerical tasks including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting team members with administrative needs.
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients and staff.
- Previous experience in clerical roles such as medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and proofreading.
