Executive Assistant for Interior Designer
Los Angeles based Interior Design Firm, Vein Design, is looking for an organized, entry\-level, Executive Assistant for Interior Designer. Ideally this person has a passion for design and is eager to learn from a busy interior designer, but previous interior design experience is not required. This individual should be ready to jump right into assisting all aspects of the company's daily duties. We are looking for a self\-starter who is always thinking one step ahead, someone with great attention to detail, and someone who is extremely driven, enthusiastic, organized, and eager to succeed. The right person for the job shall be capable of tracking \+ organizing various jobs and client needs, purchasing \+ tracking orders, and various other to\-dos for the Interior Designer. This individual must be discrete, be a competent multi\-tasker and have a can\-do attitude. Strong communication skills are a must.
While this is not mainly a creative position, Vein Design is a quickly growing company and there is room to grow into future Design Associate positions. This position is part time, but will require a minimum of 2\-3 hours a day during the week, for a total of 10\-15 hours a week. This job is primarily all remote work. Occasionally an errand or two, or an on\-site visit may be requested if individual is available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage active daily calendar including calls, meetings, appointments, photoshoots, tasks
- Create daily agendas noting most important tasks to be completed
- Forward and/or replying to emails on executive’s behalf
- Photo shoot preparation and assistance.
- Manage client project timelines
- Make purchases and track orders.
- Record minutes during various calls and share any follow\-ups.
- Consistently organize all files including but not limited to contracts, assets, images, references, budgets, purchase lists, etc.
- Assist in image gathering, sourcing and preparing presentations for clients as needed.
- Assist in Home Renovation business with managing timelines, purchasing, errands and organization.
- Manage all business gifting
- Ad hoc duties as needed
- An interest in collaborating to grow/overhaul and maintain social media platforms for the company is a bonus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Dropbox, Numbers, Keynote, etc.
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop \& Illustrator a bonus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CAD (or willing to learn on their own) a bonus
- Must have own registered vehicle and valid driver's license for occasional errands. If errands are requested, individual would be reimbursed for any mileage.
Requirements:
Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
