This marks our third new office in the region in the last year, and we’re looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Measure Technician to help us deliver excellence in our newest territory. As the primary representative of the company during post\-sale interactions, the Measure Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of each project from measurement to installation. This role involves precise measurements, customer interaction, and problem\-solving to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

### Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary face of Lifetime Home Remodeling, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the post\-sale process
* Project Evaluation: Inspect and evaluate job sites to confirm feasibility of the proposed project and identify necessary adjustments to the scope of work
* Precise Measurements: Create detailed measurements and construction plans to prevent issues with product accuracy, minimizing financial impacts and ensuring a positive customer experience
* Scope Adjustments: Negotiate directly with customers to alter project terms as needed, including guidance on financing options
* Material Procurement: Manage the procurement of all materials required for project completion
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including lead\-safe practices
* Problem Resolution: Visit project sites to address and resolve issues related to mis\-measured materials or other concerns
* Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, attend operations meetings, and maintain accurate records of site evaluations and project plans
### Qualifications
* Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in measurement and construction planning
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating detailed and accurate measurements and construction plans
* Customer\-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and negotiate with customers
* Detail\-Oriented: A meticulous approach to ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the role
* Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to travel between job sites
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in varying field conditions
