Flux Consulting Group is a mobility and transportation consulting and operations firm supporting major venues, events, and large\-scale projects across the U.S.

We are hiring immediately for a Revenue \& Operations Coordinator to own invoicing, estimates, and billing across multiple active projects.

This is a fast\-paced, execution\-focused role. You will be responsible for ensuring all billable work is tracked, organized, and sent out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

Invoicing and Estimates

  • Build and send invoices using QuickBooks
  • Draft clean, client\-ready estimates based on internal team inputs
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all billing documents
  • Billing Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a live tracker of all projects, estimates, and invoices
  • Ensure nothing sits or gets missed
  • Follow up with internal teams to gather missing information
  • Flag inconsistencies or gaps early
  • Coordination

  • Work across consulting, operations, and field teams
  • Organize inputs into clear, structured outputs
  • Keep workflows moving without constant oversight

  • Invoices are sent on time with no backlog
  • Estimates are clear, accurate, and ready to send
  • Full visibility into billing status across all projects
  • Minimal follow\-up required from leadership

  • Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, admin, billing, or project coordination
  • Experience with invoicing or estimates (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Compensation and Structure

  • $22–$28 per hour based on experience
  • Part\-time to start (20–30 hours per week) with potential to grow into full\-time
  • Remote\-friendly role; local/in\-office availability is a plus but not required

Pay: $22\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour
