As an Office Administration/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting our internal team and customers via a variety of administrative tasks. Diamond Tours, Inc. is seeking a candidate with a high level of proficiency in customer service, data entry, and office administration.
Preferred Candidates:
- Have three or more consecutive years with the same employer.
- Have experience in hospitality or customer service
- College degree preferred
- Are intelligent, friendly, and able to multitask
- Have previous data entry experience, with excellent accuracy up to 60\+ WPM
- Have basic Excel skills, or are willing to learn (this role does not require knowledge of formulas or Pivot tables)
- Are eager to learn
- Are interested in doing work that is important. Our work makes a difference in the world!
- Have an excellent work ethic
- Data entry (entering rooming lists submitted by our customers via mail, as well as other documentation)
- Speaking to customers and answering questions with a high degree of accuracy . This is not a Sales role, but requires customer service and active listening skills.
- Following up on internal and external requests. Strong organization skills are key for this role!

What the Job Entails:
This is an in\-office, non\-remote position, our office is located in Gateway. No traveling is required.
Office hours 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. Occasional evening/weekend hours are required, but are rare for this role (less than 20 days per year, on average.)
