We are looking for an entry\-to\-mid level Accounting Clerk to join our onsite Rocklin team in a hybrid capacity, with a mix of in\-office and remote work. This role is best suited for someone earlier in their career who is eager to learn, build on\-the\-job experience, and grow with a team that collaborates and helps one another. You will be part of a supportive team environment with training and clear processes to help you ramp up and become successful.
About The Role
This position provides hands\-on Cash Accounting/Reconciliation, administrative support, and front\-line customer service. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include data entry, responding to customer/vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate records with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail while following company procedures and guidelines. Accounting tasks include daily entry of payments received and mailing commission checks.
What You Will Bring
- Prior office experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling agency and customer interactions
- A customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high\-quality support
- Ability to review policy and account information, spot potential issues, and escalate appropriately when needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web\-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with equipment such as headsets, internet connectivity, or system access
- Strong, accurate typing and data entry skills

What We Offer
SIGN ON BONUS
The position qualifies for a sign\-on bonus after 90\-days.
PAY RANGE:
$18 \-$23 per hour and will depend on several factors including relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
