Located in Fayetteville, Whispering Pines Nursing \& Rehabilitation was the first licensed nursing home in North Carolina and has a long tradition of providing quality care to our residents. Our facility is designed not only for those residents who have long\-term care needs, but also for those who have complex medical conditions and for those who are recovering from surgery or illness. By offering a comprehensive rehabilitation program, skilled nursing services and an outstanding life enrichment activities program, we provide a holistic approach to our residents’ care and well\-being.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long\-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, and can work flexible hours.

Qualifications:
- Required – Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License / Certification
- Preferred \- Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment
- Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software \- PointClickCare a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
