Role Description
HR / Administrative Assistant – Entry Level
This is a full\-time, on\-site HR / Administrative Assistant role based in Corona, CA. This is an entry\-level position ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources and administration.
Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with job postings. The role will also assist with onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support general HR operations.
In addition, this position will handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office coordination to support daily business operations. The HR / Administrative Assistant will work closely with the HR team and provide support across multiple functions.
Qualifications
- Entry\-level candidates are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in Human Resources and administrative work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and learn in a fast\-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
