Summary of Role
Are you comfortable handling both office responsibilities and occasional field work?
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive professional to support daily operations. This role focuses on client satisfaction, caregiver communication, and office organization.
This is a part\-time position with the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time.
Client \& Caregiver Relations Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct routine client check\-ins to ensure satisfaction and quality of care
- Communicate with caregivers regarding attendance, updates, and general follow\-up
- Identify and report any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Support strong communication between clients, caregivers, and the office
- Maintain and organize client and caregiver files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date
- Assist with scheduling client visits, assessments, and meetings
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including leadership meetings with facilities and partners
- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, document organization, and file maintenance
- Ensure the office remains organized and operates efficiently
- Conduct occasional client home visits for quick check\-ins
- Deliver brochures or materials to local facilities and partners
- Represent the agency professionally in the community
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Professional and dependable with strong follow\-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Experience in administrative support, coordination, or customer service
- Experience working in a fast\-paced or service\-based environment
- $17–$20/hour based on experience
- Flexible part\-time schedule
