About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is entry level or ready to take the next step toward a long‑term sales or operations career.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll work closely with the sales team to assist with pricing, quoting, data entry, and product sourcing while learning how a growing nationwide sales organization operates. Training and guidance are provided, and there is room to take on additional responsibilities over time.

This is a full‑time position with a consistent weekday schedule.

Pay Range \& Benefits

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

  • What You’ll Do

  • Support the sales team with
  • data entry, pricing, and quote preparation

  • Assist with
  • product sourcing and vendor communication

  • Maintain organized sales files, pricing records, and documentation
  • Track quotes and support follow‑ups as needed
  • Provide general office and administrative support
  • Use
  • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and organization

  • Communicate clearly with team members and follow established processes
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Typing speed of
  • 50 WPM or higher

  • Dependable, organized, and professional
  • Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in office support, customer service, retail, or sales support
  • Exposure to
  • purchasing, quoting, or vendor coordination

  • Interest in developing a long‑term career in sales or operations
