About the Role:

As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll be a key player, helping manage and streamline our operations. Your main focus will be on handling administrative tasks, client interactions, and managing our marketing efforts through digital and social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and grow your skills within the real estate sector. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update new property listings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure seamless client follow\-ups and communications.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm client appointments and property showings.
  • Assist with property marketing strategies, including handling social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations to support team efforts.
  • Conduct research and compile market data to assist in client meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Support transaction coordination tasks, including paperwork management and compliance checks.
  • Facilitate client communications, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid California Real Estate License with some practical experience in the field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Detail\-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Work Environment:

    This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely, while ensuring availability for periodic meetings in our Palm Springs office.

    Pay: $24\.87 \- $29\.95 per hour
