We are seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused Financing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing customer financing applications, working with multiple financing vendors, and supporting the office and field teams to ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is well\-organized, technologically proficient, comfortable communicating with customers by phone, and brings a strong team\-first attitude.* Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer financing applications accurately and efficiently
Work directly with multiple third\-party financing vendors to secure approvals
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone regarding financing options and application status
Perform data entry related to financing, collections, invoicing, and customer records
Maintain organized and up\-to\-date files in company systems and CRMs
Support office operations as needed, including coordination with service and sales teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and financing partner requirements
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality of financial information
* Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior office or administrative experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working on the phone with customers and internal teams
Technologically proficient; able to learn new systems quickly
Reliable data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with financing vendors or financial applications
HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry experience a plus
Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus
Background in invoicing, collections, or accounts support
