Optimus Property Management, Inc. (www.opminc.com), a real estate investment and property management company based in Century City, CA, is seeking an Offshore Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support a 21\-property, 600,000\+ square foot commercial portfolio in Los Angeles. This role provides administrative, financial, and operational support to help keep the portfolio running efficiently, reporting accurately, and tenant communication on track.
The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, responsive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast\-paced commercial property management environment.
Schedule
Full\-time \| Offshore \| Remote \| Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 or 8:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Systems Support
- Maintain and organize property records, lease files, and tenant documentation
- Update and manage data within AppFolio and internal systems
- Track key lease dates including expirations, renewals, and rent escalations
- Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation to support decision\-making
- Respond to tenant inquiries via email and internal systems in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on work orders and ongoing projects
- Track progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
- Assist with onboarding new tenants including documentation and system setup
- Assist with rent tracking, delinquency reporting, and accounts receivable monitoring
- Flag late payments and support collection follow up efforts
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking
- Prepare basic financial reports and variance summaries for review
- Abstract leases and input key terms accurately into property management systems
- Track insurance certificates and tenant compliance requirements
- Assist with CAM reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
- Maintain vendor lists, contracts, and contact information
- Assist in obtaining bids and proposals for services and projects
- Track recurring service schedules including landscaping, janitorial, and security
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred)
- 2\+ years of experience in property management, real estate support, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software (AppFolio preferred)
- High attention to detail, particularly with lease data and financial information
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and concise style
- Ability to follow SOPs and execute repetitive workflows with consistency and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to work across multiple priorities and time zones
- Experience supporting U.S. commercial real estate portfolios
- Familiarity with CAM reconciliations and lease abstraction
- Exposure to financial reporting and property\-level performance tracking
- Experience working remotely with a U.S.\-based team
