We are looking for a dependable, organized Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support our property management operations. This role focuses on administrative tasks, billing, and coordination of property\-related activities. The position is ideal for someone who is detail\-oriented and comfortable handling paperwork and routine office duties in a small\-team environment. Hours are flexible, approximately \[insert hours, e.g., 20–25 hours per week].

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative and office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to tenant and vendor inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and track property repairs and maintenance requests with vendors.
  • Support daily property management operations through paperwork and organizational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records for properties, leases, and tenant information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is required (experience with invoicing and basic accounting tasks).
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
