Summary:The Associate is responsible for the administrative tasks, data entry, and domestic due diligence and risk management workflows. Associates will develop a basic understanding of domestic and foreign grantmaking processes and Donor Advised Fund regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes the essential administrative functions of the Grant Services department, including data entry and management
- Manages charity application invites for domestic verifications
- Efficiently completes charity due diligence and risk assessments for domestic verifications, ensuring timeline and processing success against KPIs for the Grant Services department
- Confidently communicates with, and supports, charities through CAF America’s due diligence processes
- Successfully completes domestic due diligence processes for client programs in order to meet timeline and communication requirements
- Develops a basic understanding of Donor Advised Fund regulations and their application to CAF America’s workflows
- Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1 \- 2 years of experience providing administrative support in a highly regulated field, ie Finance, Banking, Advisory, Insurance, etc.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to adjust communications according to the audience.
- Independent self\-starter. Prior remote work experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM a plus.

Salary Range \- $53,000 \- $57,000
