We help clients grow their businesses through performance\-driven Google Ads campaigns and data\-backed marketing strategy. The Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive \& Personal Assistant to support our Founder \& CEO. This is a hybrid in\-person role based in Denver — meaning you will be around when it counts (errands, events, local tasks) while handling administrative and business support work on your own time as well.
This is a part\-time contractor position (\~20 hours/week) with real variety. No two weeks will look exactly the same. You will work directly with the CEO and will quickly become an essential part of how the business runs.
What You Will Do
Business \& Agency Support
- Process and track client invoices; follow up on outstanding payments
- Take detailed notes on calls and meetings; write clear summaries and action items
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records and spreadsheets
- Pick up checks, make bank runs, and handle other local financial errands
- Assist with email drafting, research, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate scheduling and help manage the CEO calendar
- Support event coordination for business events and the Denver Marketers community meetup group
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) to streamline workflows — we will train you
- Maintain and post to PPC Boost social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms using scheduling tools
- Engage with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Actively engage with other marketing agencies and industry accounts — liking, commenting, and building visibility within the digital marketing community
- Assist with sourcing or repurposing content (blog posts, event photos, client wins) for social use
- Track basic engagement metrics and flag growth opportunities to the CEO
- Research and book travel — flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics
- Research conferences, summits, and industry events and prepare briefings
- Help manage household services: cleaners, repairs, and other vendors
- Assist with online clothing orders and personal shopping research
- Take photos at events and community gatherings for social and marketing use
- Handle miscellaneous errands and one\-off tasks as they come up
- Based in Denver and available for in\-person tasks (errands, events, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Familiar with major social media platforms and how brands use them professionally
- Naturally curious about AI tools and eager to learn how to use them to work smarter
- Discreet and trustworthy — you will have access to sensitive business and personal information
- Self\-starter who can manage tasks independently without hand\-holding
- Excellent written communication skills for notes, summaries, emails, and social captions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Previous experience as an EA, PA, or virtual assistant
- Background in marketing, advertising, or agency environments
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling platforms
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Slack, or project management platforms
- Experience coordinating events or community gatherings
- Hours: \~20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
- Pay: $28–$38/hr depending on experience
- Structure: 1099 independent contractor
- Location: Denver, CO — hybrid (some in\-person, some remote)
