Description:
Selected candidate will join the Airborne Display \& Core Processing Software team and serve as a Lead SW Control Account Manager/Proposal Integrator, addressing and overseeing all functions of cost/schedule/staffing/metrics management for Airborne Display \& Core Processing SW. This candidate will responsible for several selected Control Accounts and help training less experience CAMs.
This candidate will establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, track program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required. The candidate will prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports, and prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at completions (EACs). The candidate will maintain the Earned Value (EV) system and associated logs as needed. The candidate will also assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures, highlight issues/concerns/trends to the program team, and ensure that program financial commitments are met. The candidate will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures. The candidate will also open and close charge numbers in a timely fashion, research and prepare cost transfers as required, and prepare completed
contracts for closeout. The candidate will also support proposals developing Basis of Estimates in support of new contracts. This position requires working closely with Management and Engineers to understand the capability being developed and roadmaps for each capability throughout the software development lifecycle.
The successful candidate will use the complete CAM toolset to gather cost and budget data. The candidate will ensure the team follows all tenants of the LM Aero EVMS processes as defined within the F\-35 program. The candidate will participate in all required reviews and audits with the customer, government, DCMA, etc.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with all levels of personnel within the F\-35 MS teams, other functional departments, programs, and government personnel in capturing the financial data required to provide accurate financial and schedule and staffing report. The candidate will support Management and Senior Management with accurate staffing analysis and staffing assignments using EV tools, Tableau Dashboard and VEMO. The candidate is expected to be a team player willing to support and communicate with a diverse group of teammates. The selected applicant will be a member of a high\-performing team and must be extremely motivated with a strong work ethic, time\-management, team building, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have a desire to take on challenging assignments and must have a focus on continuous improvement, affordability, adaptability. In addition, the candidate will help drive the ongoing Jira backlog management to ensure alignment with IMS and PI objectives. Additional ad\-hoc projects and leadership support may be required over time.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college
- Experience in LM Aero Earned Valued Management, metrics, backlog and process management
- Experience in areas of cost analysis, schedule, and risk and opportunity management
- Familiar with SW development process
- Experience in proposal development
- CAM training and be familiar with the CAM toolset
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Team Leadership Experience
- EV for Agile development
- Experience with F\-35 proposal process
- Experience with resource estimation and management, software development estimation, project planning, and project management
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills of technical assignments
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skill.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
