We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports daily office operations, ensures smooth communication, and maintains organizational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and internal teams promptly and courteously.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, and basic bookkeeping to streamline administrative processes.
- Accounts payable data entry
- Assist sales with open quote orders and updating proposals
- Assist with travel arrangments
- Proven experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
