Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports daily office operations, ensures smooth communication, and maintains organizational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment and possess excellent multitasking skills, this opportunity is perfect for you! This is a full time position M\-F

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and internal teams promptly and courteously.
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, and basic bookkeeping to streamline administrative processes.
  • Accounts payable data entry
  • Assist sales with open quote orders and updating proposals
  • Assist with travel arrangments

  • Proven experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

    Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
