What You Will Need:
- 4\+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related finance roles.
- Strong communication skills clear, concise, and professional.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to remain calm, assertive, and solutions focused with customers.
- Strong follow through and ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Must have basic knowledge of accounting practices.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Must pass pre\-placement drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance billing, or service\-based industries.
- Familiarity with lien rights, payment schedules, and insurance carrier billing processes.
- Ability to read job files and understand job status dependencies that affect invoicing.
- Basic knowledge of GIS order entry and AR systems (Epicor, Cash Collect) is a plus.
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
