This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Director, Intermediary Group Sales, reporting to the Assistant Managing Director of Sales. You will be a part of the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands. You will do this by creating a strategy to grow revenue and market share with two of our top intermediary accounts.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Aggregate client account\-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze industry trends weekly, monthly, and annually, compare data with previous years' results, and forecast future account\-based growth rates.
  • Ensure you meet our client's daily needs while identifying viable opportunities to improve operational and financial performance through targeted initiatives you implement.
  • Use knowledge of customer procurement strategies, structure, and businesses, and educate our hotels to help them position their solutions.
  • Develop account plans tailored to each client.
  • Understand industry trends that impact customer buying patterns and offer solutions.
  • Oversee the sponsorship opportunities with the accounts.
  • Conduct Global Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Deliver presentations and educational content.
  • How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with Hilton Direct Partnership Team Members and Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists to lead total account value and provide total client solutions.
  • Network with business decision\-makers and executives to influence buying decisions.
  • Train and work with hotel partners and other HWS teams on partnering with you and how to market to the accounts.
  • Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Provide accurate forecasting and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Support Hilton Direct Leadership in providing account\-specific coaching activities for Hilton Direct Partners to increase sales and use our CRM program.
  • Build action plans to generate leads and mining opportunities within existing accounts to increase incremental revenue.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews with Sr. Leadership.
  • ### What It Takes to Make the Stay

    You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5\) years of sales experience in a hotel, corporate, or global hotel sales role as a Senior Sales Manager (or above)
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Travel up to 40%
  • It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with group intermediary accounts
  • Experience maintaining national or global accounts
  • In\-depth knowledge and use in Salesforce, Delphi, or similar property sales management system
  • Use Excel (can perform pivot tables and analyze data to detect trends)

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well\-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. \#LI\-REMOTE
