Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Admin Billing and Marketing Support professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will streamline billing processes, support marketing initiatives, and ensure accurate financial record\-keeping. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, and Financial Software tools.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis reports
  • Support billing activities for legal services to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist with data entry tasks
  • Coordinate with the marketing efforts on campaign support activities including phone efforts, website design and finding speaking engagements
  • Conduct legal administrative support
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting environments with a strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits \& credits, journal entries, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting, wordprocessing, WordPress, excel, billing , canva and other software K
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy typing along with excellent organizational abilities for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective negotiation skills combined with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial data critically using analysis skills; solid math proficiency is essential for accurate account analysis and revenue cycle management tasks.
