Automotive Data Entry Specialist
QB Business Solutions is looking to hire an enthusiastic, positive, highly independent and customer\-focused Data Entry specialist who is driven and passionate about the company they work for. QB Business Solutions is a team of dedicated professionals who work one\-on\-one with Automotive Service Departments to submit sustainable documentation to the manufacture. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The data processor responsibilities include multiple levels of communication by obtaining audited and corrected documents from our clients, while updating the Excel spreadsheet(s) with data entry experience.
JOB ROLE AND FUCNTIONS
· Perform high\-volume data entry and merge spreadsheets efficiently.
· Review and audit invoiced automotive documentation to ensure accurate submissions.
· Initiate outbound calls to obtain additional documentation and complete missing data by liaising with Service Management teams.
· Conduct comprehensive data reviews, identifying errors or missing information, and rectify discrepancies.
· Draft time\-sensitive correspondence and formal documentation for clients.
· Respond to dealership inquiries regarding submission details for manufacturers.
· Create error\-free spreadsheets with a significant volume of figures.
· Utilize various databases and predominantly work with MS Excel and Word.
· Educate Automotive Management teams during calls, guiding them through the processing department's next steps for submission finalization.
Job Skills:
· Proven experience as a data entry clerk, proficient in intermediate Excel skills.
· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for client interactions.
· Ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.
· Self\-motivated, independent, and equipped with sound business judgment.
· Automotive background advantageous but not mandatory.
· Meticulous attention to detail paired with efficiency.
· Strong organizational, time management, and problem\-solving abilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED certificate.
· 1 year of data entry experience or equivalent training.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); training provided for suitable candidates.
