Keches Law Group, P.C. is a well\-established law firm with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
We are seeking a part\-time, 20\-25 hours, Recruiter to join our Bridgewater office.
This is not a remote position so the candidate will need to live within commuting distance to the office.

The Recruiter supports the firm’s hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for key staff roles across the organization. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high\-quality candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to efficiently fill open positions. The role primarily supports hiring for legal assistants, paralegals, intake specialists, and administrative staff, while providing coordination support for early\-career programs such as the Summer Associate Program. The position emphasizes proactive sourcing, thoughtful screening, and process coordination, while working closely with the People \& Culture team and hiring managers to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices. Although the person in this role will source and recruit for experienced attorneys, the role primarily supports hiring for legal assistants, paralegals, intake specialists, and administrative staff, while providing coordination support for early\-career programs such as the Summer Associate Program.

Talent Sourcing \& Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Support efforts to increase diversity and quality within candidate pools
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding status and next steps
- Manage job postings and ensure consistency across platforms
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within Paylocity
- Assist with offer letter preparation and coordination with People \& Culture team members
- Ensure recruiting processes are organized, efficient, and aligned with firm practices
- Building strong relationships with various law school leaders
- Networking with students through school recruiting events and high\-level introductions
- Provide coordination support for the firm’s Summer Associate and law clerk programs
- Spend time on campus visiting law schools with which KLG wishes to partner
- Assist with candidate tracking, communications, and scheduling
- Support logistics related to recruiting events and campus outreach as needed
- Stay informed on local talent market trends and recruiting practices
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes
- Provide feedback to People \& Culture leadership on hiring trends and candidate quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience (working in professional services/law firm environment preferred)
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels beyond job postings
- Experience supporting internship, campus recruiting, or early\-career programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate data
- Ability to work independently in a part\-time capacity while staying aligned with team priorities
- Ability to work quickly to fill positions while maintaining quality in the candidates hired
- The work environment will be a mix of in\-office, remote, on\-campus, and external events.
- Office Hours: Monday \- Friday 8:30am \- 5pm

The anticipated hourly rate for this position, which we in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting, is $38\-$45 per hour. This range allows us to make an offer that reflects multiple factors, including experience, education, qualifications, and job\-related knowledge and skills, as well as internal pay equity. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as we strive to provide room for future and continued salary growth. Base pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role, however the employee may at times be required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
