YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN ASSISTANT

This office position offers stable, full\-time work from 8 am \- 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

As a Customer Service / Admin Assistant, you are the face and voice of our company. Using your exceptional communication skills, you make a lasting impression by listening intently and building rapport. You are clear and tactful as you offer system upgrade options and outline the estimating process for new and existing customers. With great attention to detail, you schedule appointments in a way that's convenient for clients and maximizes our technicians' time. Additionally, you perform other administrative duties as needed. You find great fulfillment in helping others and contributing to the company's success in a big way!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Solid communication skills
  • Service Titan experience
  • Previous experience working in a Home Service industry

* HVAC experience a plus!
