Makai Ocean Club is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and client communication.

Schedule \& Availability
- Fully remote position
- Schedule:
- Manage scheduling for swim lessons and instructors
- Maintain the owner’s schedule and coordinate all Makai Ocean Club location schedules
- Communicate with clients via text, email, and phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Send lesson reminders and confirmations
- Ensure client payments are collected and up to date
- Coordinate bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Support instructors with scheduling and daily logistics
- Represent Makai Ocean Club with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Coordinate and manage schedules across multiple Makai Ocean Club locations
- Reach out to aquatic facilities as needed for scheduling, communication, or cancellations
- Assist with processing and organizing employee payments
- Help maintain organized records for scheduling, attendance, and operations
- Support day\-to\-day business operations and ensure smooth communication across all parties
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic schedule
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
- Detail\-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable using scheduling systems, texting, and email communication
- Ability to problem\-solve quickly and efficiently
