GENERAL PURPOSE:
To develop and maintain effective relationships with businesses that results in consistent and mutually beneficial relationships that connect qualified talent to employment opportunities throughout the five\-county region.
To intentionally work with like\-minded businesses to engage in relationship building activities consistent with the four stages of the CSCF Customer Journey: Exploring Businesses, Developing Strategic Solutions, Aligning Strategies, and Cultivating Valued Partnerships.
Works collaboratively with Career Service Consultants, Business Engagement Representatives, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate placement activities that benefit CSCF participants.

- Creates valuable relationships with business by consistently engaging business partners to gather insights on industry happenings, share relevant information, and understand the business customer’s unique needs.
- Assists businesses with forecasting talent needs, identifying steps to support full\-cycle recruiting, and consistently sources qualified candidates.
- Analyzes data and determine business requirements to understand the full scope of the “ideal” candidate.
- Engages potential candidates in understanding the needs of the business and alignment of individual skills and experience to the job market.
- Demonstrates consistent customer service, problem\-solving, and engagement skills used to leverage multiple digital platforms to make presentations, conduct on\-line recruiting events, and efficiently communicates with customers on preferred platforms methods for efforts.
- Makes outbound calls to business across a five\-county area to identify, create, and deepen relationships to identify business opportunities and goals that align with CSCF mission and strategies.
- Develops and maintains close relationships with other CSCF/ Florida Commerce staff either to facilitate referrals of qualified candidates to meet the business needs of the customer.
- Creates and manages job orders received by employers via Employ Florida. Matches quality candidates to job orders and completes appropriate referral.
- Completes and enters timely and accurate business data in Employ Florida and CRM.
- Reviews data entry in Employ Florida and CRM for quality and compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED if combined with at least four (4\) years experience in customer service, staffing, sales, non\-profit, workforce or related experience. or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Position is required to attain state required Tier 1 certification within the completion timeframe. After the first year, incumbents must maintain current Tier 1 certification by completing the minimum number of continuing education units (CEUs) annually.
Must be able to provide verification of the legal right to operate a vehicle in the State of Florida (Driver’s License, documentation of personal auto insurance, etc.). and have reliable transportation. In order to be reimbursed for travel, must provide proof of current Florida Drivers’ License and automobile insurance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an \*accredited institution in business administration, social sciences, or related discipline; supplemented by three (3\) years’ experience in workforce development,, corporate staffing, staffing agency recruiting or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.

Tasks involves light physical effort (i.e., some standing and walking, or frequent light lifting of less than 10 pounds); and minimal dexterity in the use of fingers and limbs in the operating of office equipment. Tasks may involve extended periods of time sitting at a workstation and utilizing a keyboard. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel extensively.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position has a hybrid work schedule that combines remote work and in\-office work based on business needs. Tasks are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, fumes and/or poor ventilation, wetness, humidity, rain, temperature and noise extremes, machinery and/or moving vehicles, vibrations, electric currents, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, gases or chemicals, oils and other cutting fluids, violence and/or disease, or pathogenic substances.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Some tasks require manual dexterity. Some tasks require visual and hearing acuity. Tasks may involve identifying and distinguishing colors. Tasks require oral communications ability.
