About the Role

We’re hiring! Join our fast‑growing home improvement team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and become the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our office. This role is perfect for someone friendly, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and flexible. You’ll support daily operations, assist the admin team, and help keep our people and tools organized as we grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and team members to the office.
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to homeowners and internal staff.
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including:
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Tracking, issuing, and managing company devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Maintaining digital and physical files and records.
  • Schedule in‑home or virtual appointments for sales representatives as needed.
  • Track and log inbound and outbound calls and assist with basic reporting.
  • Follow up with homeowners regarding appointments or general inquiries.
  • Update notes, schedules, and records in our CRM and internal systems.
  • Provide backup support to administrative staff during onboarding, training, or busy periods.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support office operations.

  • Work Environment

    Office\-based role with extended computer use; occasional site visits as needed. Need to occasionally lift, push or pull, over 10lbs.

    Pay: $22\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
