Indeed Job Description \- AI Implementation Specialist
Company: RE Reset Type: Full\-Time \| Remote Updated: April 2026
RE Reset is a small, fast\-moving firm that builds AI systems for real estate investors.
We work in four areas:
AI Assistants \- Custom executive assistants built on Claude and OpenAI. Configured for how each client actually works. Connected to their inbox, calendar, and CRM so they operate like a real team member, not a chatbot.
Custom Skills \& Agents \- Multi\-agent workflows with specialized sub\-agents. A transaction coordinator agent. A disposition agent. A quality control bot that reviews sales calls. Systems that do the work of an expensive hire, without the hiring.
Automations \- Hard\-coded pipelines that replace the Zapier/Make stacks most businesses duct\-tape together. Cron jobs, email pollers, deal health monitors. Built right, so they don't break every other week.
Custom Software \- Dashboards, data pipelines, scrapers. If a client has someone spending 40 hours a month cleaning spreadsheets, we build the thing that handles it automatically.
The Work
You'll own implementation from start to finish on client engagements. A typical engagement is two months. A typical client is a real estate wholesaler or investor with a team of 5\-20 people.
Here's what you'll actually be doing:
- Deploying and configuring AI assistants on client machines and VPS servers
- Building multi\-agent workflows using Claude Code and the tools in our stack
- Connecting systems via APIs \- CRMs, email, calendars, project management tools
- Writing automations that replace manual, repetitive work
- Building data pipelines and dashboards
- Troubleshooting when something breaks (it will)
- Writing brief documentation so clients can use what you built
- Comfortable in a terminal. Linux or macOS.
- You can write and debug scripts.
- You've built with AI tools \- Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- You understand APIs, databases (Postgres, SQLite), and how to connect systems.
- You know what SSH, VPNs, and environment variables are and why they matter.
- You figure things out independently before asking.
- People can trust you with their passwords and business data.
- A short note on why this sounds interesting to you. Don't use a template. Just talk.
- Your resume or LinkedIn.
Our clients are operators, not engineers. Your job is to build systems they can actually trust and use.
Who We're Looking For
You need these:
Nice to have: experience with n8n, Make, Go High Level, or Salesforce. Real estate background. Neither is required.
We don't care about your degree. Show us what you've built.
Pay and Details
$40\-$50/hour depending on what you bring. Full\-time.
Remote. Flexible schedule. Real client work from day one.
There's real upside here. We're building a team of specialized implementers and you'd be an early hire. Profit sharing is on the table for the right person as we grow.
How to Apply
Send two things:
If you've built something \- an automation, a side project, a workflow you made for yourself \- link it. GitHub, a Loom, anything. That matters more than your work history.
Pay: $40\.00 \- $50\.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
