New Hampshire Home Care Providers is seeking a highly organized and dependable Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations, maintain personnel documentation, and assist with compliance in a growing healthcare organization.
This role is designed as a development position with a structured path to Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will begin by mastering core HR functions and, based on performance, transition into a leadership role with expanded responsibility.
Growth Path
This role includes a defined advancement track:
* 6–9 months: Increased responsibility and compensation review
* 9–12 months: Eligibility for promotion to HR Manager (salaried) based on performance

- Serve as a point of contact for HR\-related inquiries
- Communicate clearly with staff regarding documentation and processes
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Supervising HR Coordinators and administrative staff
- Leading recruiting and hiring processes
- Managing employee relations and initial grievance resolution
- Overseeing compliance and audit readiness
- Assisting with policy implementation and process improvement
- Coordinating annual training and in\-service planning
- Participating in Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of HR, administrative, or related experience
- Strong organizational and attention\-to\-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and BEAS Registry Check
- Experience in healthcare or home care setting
- Familiarity with compliance, documentation, or regulated environments
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory potential
- Ability to read standard 12\-point font or larger
- Ability to hear, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform desk\-based work for extended periods
- Personnel files are accurate, organized, and audit\-ready
- Onboarding processes are completed efficiently
- Documentation tracking is consistent and reliable
