Position: LPC, LMFT, LCSW etc (Telehealth Only)
Location: Remote (Telehealth)
Geographic Location: State of VA required
Licensure: State of VA required
Schedule: Afternoons, Evenings, or Weekends preferred but not required (minimum of 16 hours of availability per week)
Compensation: Flexible (minimum 22 hours per week of availability)
- 1099 Contractor position
- Annual compensation range: $80,080 \- $109,200
- Good for providers wanting a small\-to\-medium caseload and higher earning potential

Responsibilities:
· Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals seeking mental health support.
· Provide evidence\-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
· Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
· Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
· Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of VA.
· Experience conducting therapy sessions via telehealth preferred but not required.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Generalist or pediatric providers preferred.
