Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position:
- Working with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
- Providing customer service when clients, family or community partners come in
- Attending meetings and take minutes
- Performing data entry
- Coordinate meetings, trainings and JJS events
- Providing administrative support
- Working with families and youth
- Purchasing
- General office cleaning
- Maintaining schedules
- Answering multi\-line phones
- Prepare and process documents
- Maintain files and record keeping systems
- Communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented
- Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.
- Ability to type
- Transcribe records
- Understanding of Microsoft and or Google Office Suites
- Stay on task
- Works independently and is able to use sound judgment
- Organized and has the ability to multi\-task
- Professional, responsible and friendly
- Has general knowledge of office equipment
in writing.

The Agency
The mission of the Utah State Developmental Center is to serve as "a statewide resource center for people with
disabilities while promoting opportunity through choice and outcome based support." This will be accomplished by
providing critical services, support and resources for the intellectually disabled individuals that reside at our facility. The
Office Clerk III will assist in this process by providing accurate information to both the public and staff as requested and
