Duties
* Case Communication: 2067's and 2101 responses via Fax. Be familiar with Health and Human Services requirements.
* Experience with HHA eXchange software, from an administrative point of view
* Experience with TMHP and Medicaid MCO's like UnitedHealth care, Molina, and Long\-Term Care insurance
- Answer and direct multi\-line phone systems promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly
- Bilingual abilities ( Spanish Speaking) are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous office management or administrative experience is preferred, including clerical and customer support roles
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Personal assistant or office assistant experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus
