  • YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

    The Office and Customer Service Assistant position is full\-time and based on\-site. The training schedule is from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Upon completion of training, the regular schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. There are no night, weekend, or remote work requirements.

    YOUR DAY

    As an Office and Customer Service Assistant, you will begin your day in our office, located within our warehouse facility. You will handle incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism, follow up on leads, and reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction. Each day will involve supporting daily scheduling, updating appointments, and working collaboratively to coordinate changes and keep operations efficient. Administrative responsibilities such as email management, data entry, and maintaining paperwork will be a regular part of your routine. You will contribute to an organized and efficient workplace, assist management and senior staff with preparing information and completing assignments, and play a key role in supporting the overall workflow of the office. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain composure during busy periods will be essential to your success.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A TRADE OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

  • 2\+ year(s) of experience in a fast\-paced office environment (trades, dispatch, reception, or administrative support)
  • Experience with trade scheduling or dispatching in a service\-based or appointment\-heavy environment
  • Familiarity with office software and workflow systems such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or scheduling tools
  • (Service Titan experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially by phone
  • Highly organized, detail\-oriented, reliable, and punctual
  • Accountable and able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
  • Multitasking and problem\-solving abilities, especially during shifting priorities
  • Quick learner with initiative and the ability to work independently
