Household Operations Manager \& Executive Family Assistant

$40,000 base \+ overtime \+ bonuses
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and service\-minded professional to support a busy CEO\-led household and family environment.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves creating order, anticipating needs, and helping a family and business run smoothly.
This hybrid role blends executive assistance, household management, family support, and structured childcare support. The right candidate will be comfortable moving seamlessly between business logistics, family scheduling, errands, light household resets, and direct support with children.
This is more than an assistant role, this is a chance to become a trusted right hand in both business and home operations.
What You’ll Do
Executive \& Administrative Support
- manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
- draft and send emails
- assist with staff meetings and follow\-up tasks
- book work/family travel and build itineraries
- help maintain daily and weekly priorities
- help with business file organization
- run errands (grocery pickup, pharmacy, dry cleaning, returns, coffee runs)
- coordinate appointments and family schedules
- light household resets (counters, kitchen tidying, filling water bottles, vacuuming crumbs)
- pet support as needed
- maintain order in common spaces and support household flow
- approximately 12 hours per week of structured nanny / childcare blocks
- occasional family travel support
- help create calm, engaging support for children during scheduled blocks
- guaranteed 35–40 hours weekly
- expected availability generally between 11 AM–7 PM Monday–Friday
- some weekend availability (with ample notice given)
- some remote admin blocks \+ some in\-person days
- flexible schedule based on family and business needs
- W\-2 employee
- overtime paid for all hours over 40 at rate of $30/hr
- 2 weeks paid PTO, including 1 all expenses paid vacation per year
- unlimited unpaid PTO with approval

- $28–$33 per hour
- anticipated 32–40 hours weekly
- paid 8 hr shift trial \+ paid week trial after interview
- 30 / 60 / 90 day review
- likely 1\-2 trips per year starting in 2027

The first 90 days will be a paid hourly introductory period to ensure mutual fit.
After successful completion, this role will transition into guaranteed weekly base compensation.
