Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist in recruitment processes by calling potential patients and setting their appoinment.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating office documentation
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support office management tasks
- Strong proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a must. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and supportively
- Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
