We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist, Appointment Setter, and Recruitment Assistant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
  • * Experienced BD Agents, patient relationship coordinators, and patient recruiters are encoraged to apply.

  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist in recruitment processes by calling potential patients and setting their appoinment.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating office documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support office management tasks
  • * Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles

  • Strong proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a must. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and supportively
  • Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
