We solve the "creepy contractor" problem by providing expert handy(wo)man services, interior painting, drywall, flooring, and more with a safety\-and\-comfort\-first approach. Our clients are women, families, seniors, and anyone who wants to feel safe and respected in their own home.

The Role

The Resource Manager is the operational backbone of HerHaven. You are the real\-time support system for our field technicians, making sure they have everything they need to do great work. You keep jobs running on time, materials flowing, and problems solved before they slow anyone down.

Think: dispatcher \+ resource coordinator \+ tech support champion.

What You'll Do

Technician Support (Real\-Time)

  • Be available 8am to 5pm CST as the primary point of contact for field technicians
  • Confirm every tech is en route and on track before jobs begin each day
  • Assist techs with on\-site questions, scope clarification, and pricing guidance
  • Own and resolve any issues that come up while a tech is in the field so techs are never handling escalations alone
  • Remove friction so techs can focus on doing the work, not logistics
  • Materials Coordination

  • Coordinate with technicians in real time while they are at the hardware store
  • Approve all material purchases before they are made
  • Ensure techs are checking hardware in and out of the garage
  • Confirm all tools are returned to the garage by 5:00 PM every Friday and follow up proactively if anything is missing
  • Maintain full accountability for all tools and materials
  • Ensure zero delays on jobs and zero out\-of\-pocket spend for techs
  • HouseCall Pro Management

  • Keep HCP clean and accurate: job notes, status updates, photos, and invoices
  • Ensure every job reflects actual work performed with correct labor and materials
  • Maintain each tech's HCP calendar with their availability blocked out at least 2 weeks in advance at all times
  • Update calendars immediately when availability changes
  • Daily Check\-Ins and Reporting

  • Conduct daily check\-ins with each field technician before and during jobs
  • Submit a mid\-day status update by 11:00 AM
  • Submit an end\-of\-day report by 5:00 PM covering jobs completed, outstanding tasks, issues, and next\-day readiness
  • Submit a Friday weekly wrap\-up covering timecards, tool returns, calendar status, and a full recap of the week
  • Keep ownership informed of anything that needs attention
  • Schedule Expectations

  • Core availability for tech support: 8am to 5pm CST
  • Not a full\-day shift. High\-responsiveness windows with flexibility in between.
  • Must be reachable and responsive during core hours when techs are in the field
  • Since this role is intermittent throughout the day, please only clock in during the times you are actively working on tasks such as supporting techs, handling updates, or coordinating materials

    * Tech response time: fast, reliable support when techs reach out

    * Materials accountability: all purchases approved, all hardware and tools tracked

    * Calendar accuracy: tech availability always current and blocked out in HCP

    * Technician satisfaction: techs feel supported and equipped to do their best work

    * Job completion accuracy: clean, correct records in HouseCall Pro

    * Reporting consistency: mid\-day, end\-of\-day, and weekly reports submitted on time every time

    * Issue resolution: problems handled quickly without escalation

    Who You Are

    * Highly responsive (this is the \#1 requirement)

  • Organized and detail\-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology: HouseCall Pro, texting platforms, scheduling tools
  • Strong communicator who is warm but efficient
  • Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Experience in home services, property management, or dispatch is a plus but not required

Pay: $15\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
