We are currently searching for an exceptional Temp Warehouse Admin to join our team in Corona, CA. The Temp Warehouse Admin will be responsible for supporting the warehouse through basic administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day\-to\-day coordination of warehouse activity. This role is intended to serve as a development opportunity for an individual who can grow into a permanent Warehouse Associate position as openings become available.
Essential Functions:
- You'll report to a Warehouse Manager and have regular interaction with other team members
- Provide basic administrative support for warehouse operations, including data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and document organization
- Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, inventory logs, and delivery documentation
- Help maintain accurate records related to inbound and outbound shipments
- Support inventory\-related administrative tasks such as cycle count documentation, transaction entry, and record reconciliation
- Communicate with warehouse team members to help ensure timely processing of daily operational needs
- Answer phones, respond to basic email inquiries, and route questions to the appropriate team members
- Maintain organized physical and digital files for warehouse records and compliance documentation
- Assist with general clerical and coordination duties that support warehouse efficiency
- Demonstrate willingness to learn warehouse operations, shipping and receiving processes, and inventory control functions
- Participate in training and development opportunities to prepare for possible transition into a Warehouse Associate role
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, clerical, warehouse support, or logistics\-related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine administrative tasks accurately
- Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, as needed
- Ability to become certified to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment, and powered industrial equipment, including Sit Down forklift, if transitioned into a Warehouse Associate role
- Follow safety guidelines, warehouse policies, and procedures
