What You’ll Be Doing:
* Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top\-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
* School\-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands\-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
* In\-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
* Assessments \& Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
* Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
* Stay Compliant \& Ethical: We keep it tight—aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ Have 2\+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home\-based work!)
