We’re looking to grow our Duck Creek Development Team at NLS!

    In this role, you’ll work hands\-on with Duck Creek’s powerful platform to design and deliver custom solutions that directly support client success.     What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with clients and cross\-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop and configure custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScript
  • Help design scalable solutions that align with client strategies and future capabilities
  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution
  • Lead a small team of developers and contribute to project success
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
  • Contribute to planning, design, and continuous improvement of development processes
  • What You’ll Bring:

  • ----------------------
  • 5\+ years of industry experience, including 4\+ years working with Duck Creek products
  • Strong knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT)
  • Experience with Duck Creek Server API and ManuScript development
  • Proficiency with XML/XSLT (or similar programming languages)
  • Experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, XQueries)
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, ADO/JIRA, and source control systems
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, especially Agile environments
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading small project teams
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
