Starting Pay \- $18\.00 an hour

Qualified Individuals should:
- Experience with crew scheduling and permits is a plus
- Have the ability and willingness to work in a solo or team environment
- Have front desk operation and receptionist experience
- Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and a "We before me" mentality
- Be able to follow directions/instructions
- Be able to handle a high call volume
- Have experience in scheduling
- Accurate keyboard skills and experience with various office equipment/machines, with strong knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Word, EXCEL and Outlook
- Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
- Have excellent phone skills while speaking with a great diversity of customers
- Be able to follow directions and instructions
- Must have a presentable appearance
- Excellent people skills
- Be willing to be fully cross\-trained for other positions as needed
- Only work Monday \- Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Enjoy a full weekend and nights)
- Paid holidays
