Expert Shutter Services \- Office Assistant

Starting Pay \- $18\.00 an hour

Qualified Individuals should:

  • Experience with crew scheduling and permits is a plus
  • Have the ability and willingness to work in a solo or team environment
  • Have front desk operation and receptionist experience
  • Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and a "We before me" mentality
  • Be able to follow directions/instructions
  • Be able to handle a high call volume
  • Have experience in scheduling
  • Accurate keyboard skills and experience with various office equipment/machines, with strong knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Word, EXCEL and Outlook
  • Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
  • Have excellent phone skills while speaking with a great diversity of customers
  • Be able to follow directions and instructions
  • Must have a presentable appearance
  • Excellent people skills
  • Be willing to be fully cross\-trained for other positions as needed
  • Benefits:

  • Only work Monday \- Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Enjoy a full weekend and nights)
