This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about marketing, social media, and event coordination.

Job Summary

As a Assistant in the Marketing Dept at EDS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

1\. Social Media:

· Create schedule and track social media posts.

· Monitor the performance and comments for social media advertising.

2\. Knowledge of MS Excel:

· Utilize MS Excel for data, reporting, and organization of marketing data.

· Maintain spreadsheets related to campaign results.

3\. Mail Merge and Customer Samples:

· Execute mail merge campaigns for various marketing materials.

· Prepare and send out customer samples as per marketing initiatives.

· Track and maintain records of sample shipments.

4\. Coordinate and Book Industry Tradeshows, Internal Lectures, and Company Meetings:

· Coordinate logistics for industry tradeshows and conferences, including booth setup, materials, and staff schedules.

· Assist in organizing internal lectures and training sessions.

· Schedule and manage company meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Prior experience in marketing or event coordination is a plus.

Pay: From $18\.00 per hour
