  • Communicate directly with doctors, nurses, care managers, and other professionals to obtain authorizations and schedule visits.
  • Calendar dates and care schedules.
  • Communicate with patients to determine eligibility and needs.
  • Data entry, file management, faxing, and emailing.
  • Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to professionally communicate with medical professionals and patients.
  • Computer literacy with basic word processing, email, calendaring, etc.
  • Pay: $21\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour

    Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Do you have proficiency with basic Microsoft Windows file management?
  • Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Health Care Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
  • Russian (Preferred)
  • English Fluently (Required)
