- Develop regular programming to raise awareness and educate the UM\-Dearborn community about diverse populations and identities
- Assist with the development and facilitation of workshops focused on supporting UM\-Dearborn?s diverse student population for students, faculty, and staff
- Support the implementation of signature events such as Drag Show, Lavender Celebration, Black Celebratory, Global Fest, Trans Day of Remembrance, MLK Week, Take Back the Night and more.
- Participate in staff meetings, department meetings, and supervisor one\-on\-one meetings
- Manage stock of care supplies (e.g., menstrual supplies, contraceptive supplies, etc.) and resources for campus communities
- Provide support to students, staff, and faculty utilizing the Office of Student Life services and resources and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Serve as a first point of contact for students looking for referral to campus and community resources
- Maintain administrative processes and tools (e.g., VictorsLink, student organization mail distribution, answering departmental emails)
- Market Office of Student Life events and initiatives (e.g., print materials, tabling, classroom visits, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with the students, staff, and faculty
- Support Office of Student Life programming initiatives
- Other tasks as assigned

- Ability to speak publicly and represent the Office of Student Life in a positive light

- Available to work some nights and weekends
- Must be able to attend August staff training (dates and times to be announced)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
