Duties

- Manage customer relationships by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, adhering to security protocols, and reporting anomalies promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties such as cash handling, debits \& credits processing, and cash management procedures.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues related to deposits or withdrawals, and provide clear explanations of banking procedures using basic math skills.
- Support team efforts in sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling financial products and enhancing overall revenue growth.
- Proven experience in financial sales or customer service within banking or financial services industries.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes, loan processing steps, and relationship management principles.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and detection methods to safeguard client assets.
- Proficiency in using financial software systems and performing tasks such as 10 key typing with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations involving cash handling, debits \& credits, and account balancing.
