Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via multi\-line phone systems, emails, and in\-person interactions, providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow\-up communications using tools like Go High Level.
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering phones with proper phone etiquette, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records to support office operations.
- Assist with office management responsibilities including supply inventory, organization of files, and overseeing general administrative functions.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate record\-keeping.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Demonstrate experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, phone etiquette, data entry, filing, and proofreading.
- Experience in clerical tasks such as calendar management, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
