### Responsibilities:
- Type and format documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials
- Accurately enter data into company systems and databases
- Proofread typed material for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner
- Perform general administrative support tasks as needed
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing software
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
