The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) to be the first point of contact in our evaluation\-based exam office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast\-paced environment and enjoys delivering a smooth, professional patient experience—without the complexity of ongoing care or treatment coordination.What You’ll Do
- Welcome and register patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk flow
- Answer calls and assist with inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Support efficient, on\-time exam operations
- 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience (medical preferred)
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfort with computers and office systems
