Position Overview
The Omnia Group is seeking a high\-performing, tech\-savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role serves as the right hand to the Owner, acting as a liaison between administration, clients, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a self\-starter, resourceful problem solver, and relationship builder with strong marketing instincts.
Key Responsibilities
Executive \& Administrative Support
\- Manage communications, scheduling, and priorities\- Serve as liaison between leadership, clients, and staff\- Support daily operations and project coordination
Marketing \& Outreach
\- Identify and attend community outreach opportunities\- Build partnerships and represent the company\- Assist with marketing campaigns and social media\- Track outreach efforts and report opportunities
Operations \& Business Development
\- Assist with client onboarding and engagement\- Support proposals and presentations\- Identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
\- Tech savvy (Google Workspace, CRM, social media)\- Strong communication and multitasking skills\- Marketing or outreach experience preferred\- Ability to work independently
