Purpose:

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting team with day\-to\-day financial and administrative tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and record maintenance. This role assists the Accounting Manager and Accountant to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting functions.

Reports to:

Accounting Manager

Essential Job Functions:

Complete the following functions in accordance with Managed Resources policies:

Accounts Payable \& Receivable Support

· Assist with processing invoices and entering data into QuickBooks

· Support payment application (checks, ACH) and documentation

· Assist with tracking and organizing accounts receivable and payable records

· Prepare invoices for review and distribution

· Support follow\-up efforts on outstanding invoices as directed

Data Entry

· Enter financial data and journal entries into QuickBooks with accuracy

· Maintain organized and up\-to\-date electronic and physical files

· Support reconciliation preparation by gathering required documentation

Payroll \& Administrative Support

· Assist with adjusting and organizing payroll\-related information

· Help track employee data and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Operational \& Administrative Duties

· Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team

· Provide support to the Accounting Manager and Accountant on various projects

· Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma required with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or 3\-5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Proactive and resourceful in performing job duties

· Highly organized, detailed, and deadline\-oriented

· Experience supporting multiple departments is a strong plus

· Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

· Experience with UKG Ready and SpringAhead is a plus.

Pay: $19\.00 \- $26\.00 per hour
